Contracts, receipts, timelines, emails…A wedding has a paper
trail 100 times longer than any train (hehehe) and it’s important to keep
things neat and tidy. Here is one way, in your million and one options, to lay out
a wedding binder to keep things together.
In a 2-3 inch binder, collect the following:
- clear page protectors*
-dividers
-1 2-pocket folder
-writing paper
*The clear page protectors are for the gazillion magazine pages you're going to be ripping out over the next few months.
Some tab ideas for your dividers:
-Ceremony
-Reception
-Budget & Payments
-Guest List
-Vendor Contracts
-Inspiration
-Timelines
How ever you decide to organize your binder, the point is STAY ORGANIZED!!!! Weddings have so many details that it's very important to have things where you can find them and set up in an orderly fashion.
Do you have a different way of staying on top of all your wedding stuff? Share!!! Leave a comment and share how you do things!
You look great today, by the way! Thanks for stopping by :)
